I am Senior Bioinformatician with PhD in Cancer Genomics and have more than 10 years of extensive experience while working on NGS data for a wide variety of multi-omics projects in organizations of great repute across the globe.
I consider myself as a multi-disciplinary researcher with good hands-on experience onto vast range of data analysis & integration techniques with a proven track record of contributing successfully to pivotal research on diseases such as Cancer, Asthma, Aging, Neurological Disorders and Developmental Biology.
My major contributions to the team include developing & maintaining various workflow pipelines and perform processing and analysis of multi-omics data and its further integration to support clinical findings and meaningful interpretations benefitting the ongoing Cancer research at the lab.
