I am a PhD student focusing on the therapeutically targetable mutational signatures, and how they compare with other means of patient stratification for treatments, e.g. using tumour mutational burden and targeted gene panels.
I pursued my MPhil Translational Biomedical Research at the University of Cambridge and completed my Master’s thesis in this research group. I earned a BSc in Biological Sciences from Imperial College London, focusing my BSc thesis on the in-silico identification of novel cancer drug targets. As a summer student, I worked in the Francis Crick Institute, studying cell division.
