Mutagenesis in Medicine
Early Cancer Institute, University of Cambridge

Kayla Horne

MPhil Student

I am an MPhil Genomic Medicine student studying the sonification of mutational signatures in cancer, and how this can offer a new perspective on mutational signature interpretation throughout the general public.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Health Sciences at the University of Kentucky in the United States. My senior thesis focused on the sonification of amino acid sequences as a learning tool for students.

Being a bookworm is my entire personality, and I will always be happy to discuss any book, including ones I have not read yet. And if you need someone to play Valorant with or rave about K-pop groups to, you know where to find me.
